Are you ready to banish the overwhelm, and design a life that works for you?
This coaching program is part business coaching, part life coaching, and part Mom coaching. Throughout this 3-month program we will focus on creating a vision for your ideal life. We will understand and tap into your strengths, rediscover your passions, and 1-by-1 knock down any roadblocks in your path to your ideal life, career and family.

Embolden Teens Program
Build your confidence. Build your LIFE.
Being a teenager is really hard; with the right tools and support teens who enroll in this program are empowered to shift to a mindset of possibility.
Our Embolden Teens program takes teens and pre-teens through the building blocks of figuring out who they are, what they want, and when and where to begin focussing on their own innate life skills, and supporting habits.
